Important Rules
- Credits and cash payments (MYR) are separate systems. Credits are used for AI assistant tasks. Cash is used for purchasing design services and products.
- Free chat is limited to 20 messages per day. Beyond that, you need credits.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Unused credits do not expire.
- Credit transfer between users is available via the Transfer Market (1 credit listing fee).
Voucher System
- Merchants can create vouchers at a cost of 10 credits per voucher.
- Unclaimed vouchers automatically expire and credits are refunded to the merchant.
- Vouchers can be listed for transfer on the Transfer Market.
- Cashback credits can only be used in the designated Cashback Mall section.
Refund Policy
Once payment is successful for any design service, refunds are only granted with a valid reason within 10 minutes of receiving your preview link. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For full terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.
